JDN's listserv is for defense attorneys representing juveniles in delinquency and youthful offender cases in Massachusetts. The goal is to share ideas, concerns, advice, etc. about practice issues. Members will be notified of emerging case law, and updates in juvenile practice and child development.

Any information posted here should not be shared with any law enforcement, prosecuting authorities or court officials, as well as anyone who is not a listerv member.
